Sankt Peters Stræde has been an integral part of the family traditions since the 1970s. With a rich history of multiple family-owned restaurants in the neighborhood, the legacy continued when Michael's older brother took over the beloved pizza place, Bare Slice, in 1991. However, Michael's childhood dream was always centered around Sankt Peters Stræde 35, a venue with sentimental value from his past.

After nearly two decades and three diverse careers, Michael's dream finally materialized. Coincidentally, the adjacent property became available for purchase around the same time, giving rise to the unique residency concept. Amidst the juggling act of his daily roles as a photographer for fashion and interior clients, the transformation of the space became a labor of love – a fusion of natural elements and dedicated effort.

This venture marks Michael's second renovation project, following the family home in Hornbæk, now also open for various projects. The spaces created in Sankt Peters Stræde ser ve as an ideal canvas for multidisciplinary projects, offering a versatile backdrop for fashion and interior showcases, intimate dinner gatherings, product launches, presentations, and even Airbnb rentals.
