Internship - Arts Fundraising & Projects
Copenhagen, Denmark | min. 5 months | On-site & remote | Start: As soon as possible

Noura Residency is an evolving platform for art, design, and culture. Alongside our residency in Copenhagen, we develop exhibitions, artistic collaborations, and cultural initiatives across Denmark and internationally.

We are looking for an intern to support the research, fundraising, and development of these projects - someone who enjoys turning ideas into opportunities and helping ambitious cultural initiatives take shape.

Your role may include:
– Researching public and private funding opportunities, grants, and foundations
– Assisting with fundraising strategies, grant applications, budgets, and supporting material
– Supporting the development and launch of exhibitions, artistic collaborations, and cultural projects
– Conducting research for artists, partners, and institutions
– Assisting with project coordination and administration across multiple initiatives
– Providing occasional support to the daily rhythm of the residency during events, installations, or guest stays

Who we imagine:
– Someone with a background or interest in arts management, cultural production, design, architecture, or the creative industries
– A structured and proactive person with strong research and writing skills
– Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
– Curious, detail-oriented, and excited by the intersection of culture, strategy, and production

We offer:
– Hands-on experience in arts fundraising and cultural project development
– Insight into how artistic initiatives are conceived, financed, and realised
– A meaningful role within a small, multidisciplinary team shaping projects in Denmark and beyond
